From your truck to a legal arrival time

Fort Route works the way a careful driver plans: truck first, then hours, then the stops in between. Here’s the whole loop, using screens from the app as it runs today.

Step 1 of 5

Set up your truck once

Enter height, width, length, gross and axle weight, axle count and hazmat. Fort Route plans every route for that truck and skips roads it knows your rig can’t legally or safely use.

Step 2 of 5

Tell it what’s left on your clocks

Type in your drive, shift, break and cycle time from your ELD. The hours rings count down as you drive and turn amber, then red, as a limit gets close.

Step 3 of 5

Plan the trip, breaks included

Add your pickup, delivery and up to 8 stops with time on duty at each. Fort Route places your 30-minute break and 10-hour rest at truck stops and rest areas on the way, then shows the arrival time you can legally make.

Step 4 of 5

Drive with your eyes on the road

Voice guidance calls out turns, lanes, exits, work zones, steep grades and speed cameras. While the truck moves, the screen shows only what you can read at a glance.

Step 5 of 5

Keep the records as you go

Miles by state are logged for IFTA, days away from home for per diem, and detention with GPS timestamps. Scan fuel receipts and paperwork at the next stop.
